Weekly Functional Fitness Plan
Day 1 – Lift With Strength
- Lift bottles as dumbbells
- Scrub tiles, or bathtubs
- Pull towels apart
- Knead dough
Day 2 – Lower With Power
- Squat instead of bending
- Take stairs on purpose
- Heel raises while brushing teeth
- Sit and stand while sorting laundry
Day 3 – Soften & Restore
- Move slowly and smoothly
- Stretch while waiting

- Sing in the shower
Day 4 – Stabilize & Balance
- Stand on one leg sometimes
- Carry items on one side
- Walk along a curb
- Step over small obstacles

- Dance at home
